I specialize in providing individual and couples therapy to motivated, highly sensitive millennials who are looking to heal at the root, including attachment wounds, relational trauma, and sexual shame shaped by early family, cultural, or religious messaging. By addressing these deeper patterns, you can develop a more secure, connected relationship with yourself and create safe, fulfilling relationships.

The Process
Use online scheduling here, fill out the contact form or email. Reach out however you prefer and I will get back with you within one business day.
Determining fit. Good therapist-client fit is critical and I make an effort to gauge this prior to our first meeting through communicating with you via email or a consultation call.
Intake assessment. We will meet for 50 minutes so I can get to know you better, learn what you are struggling with and collaborate with you on identifying your goals.
Ongoing therapy. We will meet weekly or biweekly and sessions will be tailored to your needs and goals in order to maximize progress.
Celebrating your progress and saying goodbye when you are ready. You did it! You get to enjoy your successes and improvements. I will provide you with my recommendations, but ultimately you decide when you are ready to meet less often and graduate from therapy.
